Unlock the next step in visual culture. Bring together photos, videos and other kinds of imagery with hardware, interfaces, apps and services to create enticing new services.

During Hack The Visual you'll deep dive our visual world: by bringing together photos, videos and other kind of imagery with hardware, interfaces, apps and services we can unlock the next step in visual culture and gain new perspectives on our world. We do this by 'hacking', finding low-key methods to create, combine, manipulate and transfer data across platforms, services, software and hardware.

Submisions will be software applications, mobile apps, web services or hardware prototypes (as long as they are combined with a web service to provide connected functionality).

Anyone with a passion for visuals, regardless of whether that stems from a technology or an art perspective is welcome. If you can create, design, program, or feel visuals, we encourage you to join our Hack The Visual.
